Romans 15:5-6
May the God of steadfastness and encouragement grant you to live in harmony with one another, in accordance with Christ Jesus, so that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
To be able to live in harmony with others involves the ability to accept who we are on ourselves. It is when we struggle most with our own identity that we treat others as dangers to our own existence. Our insecurities over take us and as we erect our barriers and defences so we tear down those of others around us with our words.

In this TED talk the author Brene Brown shares insights into vulnerability and acceptance – places of honesty and confession which can lead us into a greater sense of self and open us to the possibility of a more harmonious life with others.
